Qld: Child forced to perform oral sex on mum's boyfriend: court

The District Court in Brisbane has been told a man had oral sex with his de facto partner's
young daughter.

The court heard the man .. who can't be identified .. would wait until the girl's mother
left their unit in Brisbane's east before taking the child's clothes off .. and rubbing
his genitals on her.

He also allegedly performed oral sex on the girl .. and forced her to perform oral sex on him.

It's alleged the behaviour continued for about 18 months until August 2002 .. when
the man's four-year relationship with the girl's mother ended.

The court has been told the girl revealed details about the behaviour to her mother
more than three years later.

The girl will give evidence by way of a pre-recorded interview.
